5 reasons why I love Tu Nhi Tiffany Vuong;

1. I love her because she thinks she's the female version of Good Luck Chuck - If you actually were, I would totally do you too ;)
2. I love her for the way she sing songs like she's the biggest import asian and laughs at herself while singing.
3. I love her because she imply that she's hotter then everyone else and it's not in that mocking way or sarcastic talks. (She's serious!)
4. I love her because she has different laughs for different situations.
5. But the main reason why I love her is because she repeats the same thing over again because she has no other phrase; "SO I WAS LIKE, GET OFF ME AND HE WAS LIKE ...." LOL!

You Belong With Me - Taylor Swift

Alrights, I'm not going to blog about another day of my trials because I got better things to share with everyone! Well first of all, today I bought a new air pumper for my tank because I always thought that my other air pump was too strong for my fish which stresses them out to die LOL. (3 of my fish died) So me and Khuyen cleaned my fish tank, mixed all the chemical for the right pH level in the water and redecorate it. It looks so pretty now and the water looks so fresh and blue/green now! My fish loves it too, swimming around like it's owning the place. My baby is so sweet, he stayed over and helped me clean the tank instead of going home to study for his business exam which he has tmrw morning. Thanks love! xx

Second newsflash is that today I went to a krew meeting for McDonalds and it was pretty weird. So guys listen up, there is a new burger coming out on the 26th this month which is next Wednesday. It is called the Angus burger and the logo for it is CRAZY FOR ANGUS. Lameeeeeeeee right? ==' It's a steak burger and it's going to be in a square shape and it's like the biggest promotion and all this bullshit. My work place is going to turn into a cowboy atmosphere with the crew wearing cowboy hats and country t-shirts to work. Yeah, we're apparently going "ALL OUT" because we have to be "CRAZY FOR ANGUS" and we might even have to greet the customer in a cowboyish way. We were also told about the "more" strict policy with our uniform. Wear wrong uniform and we get sent home now. That means, I have to go out there and buy a new work shoe because I have been wearing rabens to work for the last 1 year and I also have to sew up my pants because it's too long and drags on the floor like a bogan. There is also going to be a Christmas party at the end of the year which is on a cruise and the theme is black & white. Everyone is really excited about it but I been to a black&white cruise party already so yeahhh ..
My work is place is so lame right? Yeah, dw about me. I'm quitting at the end of the year with My Linh and I'll find a better job! :)

And the last thing I wanted to mention about was that I'm moving houses in about 6 weeks! My mum had finally bought a house at Fairfield. The house isn't all that but. It's abit old but the land is really good so we will need to renovate some things. We already planned on repainting the house outside white and to renovate the kitchen and add more rooms to the house. Also we need to put a gate around the house and I want to paint my room too! Can't wait for this home art work! SO excited :) The only thing that sucks is that we're moving around HSC time. It's going to suck if I can't find all the things I need to study for my exams! Oh, I also want this study table from iKEA and this antique clock from Fairfield. I think that those items would do me good :D

That's all for now, ciao!

So right, did I mention that Trials is doing my head in?
OMG, I hate it. I hate it so much. I been studying for 1 week straight and I got no other spare time to do things I want to do :( So far I've done 3 out of 7 exams. Today, French Beginners was a epic fail. I had no clue what I was hearing for listening. French people talks too fast and too deep! I really wasn't bothered for Reading and Writing so I just guessed most of the things I wrote down. I care about all my other subjects beside this one.

Well today I received a gift from my mother. Well it's not really a gift but I still consider it as one (: She had found my blue gem necklace that I use to wear when I was a little girl! She attached it on a long chain necklace with a Buddhism oval stone on it. She gave it to me for good luck for my exams. I really feel like I can conquer the world now with my mother's blessing! But just not French LOL. Well tomorrow I have Standard English Paper 2 exam and I should really be studying for it. But I really need a break before I do so. I'm also really hungry! Haven't ate since midday. Seee what trials do to you! Messes with your head emotionally and physically. Welps, I really should go find something to eat now in case I drop dead next to my laptop and don't get to finish this blog.

Wish me luck guys!
Btw, do you like my new french profile ;) pretty cool eh? I'm trying to make up for the exam :)

Lately, things haven't been so great for me. Studying for trials is a bitch. There's just so much shit to study for. Especially for biology. Khuyen and I had some problems but is now better and spending some time to work things out and my mother been so bitchy lately. I have no idea why, mood swings much? For some reasons she forced to take all my piercings out when she knew for like 1 year that I had it already. Full spazed it at me while I was studying? Pretty stupid eys. But I didn't really give a shit anyways so I just took it all out. I am now officially piercing free :) besides my pair of ear holes but that's not counted right?

Okay, so I just finished my first English exam - Area of Study. It was alright I guess. It was predictable of what was gna be in it. Section 1 was short answers for 4 different texts and a comparison and contrast of 2 text, section 2 creative text -narrative and Section 3 belonging essay + 1 related text. My hands were dead by the end of the exam. I manage to write 12 pages all up. So I'm proud of myself for good time management :) Hopefully I past and get at least a band 4 (hoping for band 5 for all my subjects but highly doubt it). And so, I'm off to study again for biology ==' I been studying for that damn subject for 2 whole days already. SOOO sick of me, but then my rank for bio is so shit. SO MUST DO GOOD IN EXAMS! :D
Wish me luck! xx

Phrase of the day: "Advice is what we ask for when we already know the answer but wish we didn't."- So true.

I've Changed - Keyshia Cole
Tuesday, August 4, 2009

I been realizing a lot of things lately.
  1. Cannot do homework/study after 10pm.
  2. Have constant headaches out of nowhere.
  3. I think I lost some weight ?
  4. Fights constantly with Khuyen.
  5. Realizing mistakes I been making in the past.
  6. Good attempts of keeping my room clean.
  7. ALWAYS missing out on outings with the girls.
  8. Thinks about HSC constantly, more then 5 times a day!
  9. Always wondering about the future.
  10. STILL does not know what career path to take.
  11. Does not know what I want anymore.
  12. Have given up part of myself.
  13. Spends money like a spoiled bitch when I actual worked my ass off for it.
  14. Keeps thinking I have a sixth sense. LOL!
  15. DeJaVu keeps happening to me.
Well today, I didn't go to school because I rather stay home to do my French assessment. I was writing a diary entry of one of my most favorite day in New Caledonia and god I miss being away from the real world. I miss the feeling of not needing to care about anything other then just wanting to experience and see new things in life. Oh wells, I guess all I can do now is target one thing at a time. Prioritize what's most and what's least important in my life. That's just what you need to do. You just can't have everything you want in life, it's just doesn't work like that.

Saturday, August 1, 2009

Hey guys! Sorry, haven't been blogging lately. You probably wondering what I been doing in these last few weeks. Well I am going to do a quick update. So y'all all know where I'm at right now.

Friday 10th July - Left to New Caledonia. Caught the Aircalin airoplane at 12.15pm. Got to our hotel and shared a room with Tiffany and Darinna. Went out to eat dinner at the local cafe called Rimba Juice Cafe. Ate my first french meal which was a maxi bacon buger, yummmmmmm. Got back to the hotel, took a shower & changed room around to suit our comfort and off we bed we went!
Saturday 11th July - Darinna woke me up at 730am. Left hotel at 9am and caught a bus to the centre-ville of Noumea. Went to the markets & bought myself pearl earings, wooden couple sculpture, wooden braclet for Khuyen and a bark pencil. Walked around the city and went sight seeing. Caught the bus back to the supermarket called Casino & did some grocery shopping. Walked back to the hotel which took us 1 hour ! Ate dinner at Fun Beach & went back to hotel to shower. Stayed up till midnight in Mrs Ortega's room telling ghost story, jokes and played games. Very tiring day, walked way too much !
Sunday 12th July - HAPPY 17TH BIRTHDAY TO TU NHI (TIFFANY) VUONG. Today Darinna again woke me up at 730am. We went on a sight seeing train called "Chu Chu Train". It took us around Noumea and Anse Vata. Some of the girls was calling out silly things in French to the random people. LOL, it was pretty funny. We went to alot of nice places that all had nice views as they all were on a high mountain. Many photos were taken this day. We then went back to the hotel at 11am and had some free time to all of us. We went to the pool for awhile but then went back to our room while Tiffany played the Sims 3 on my laptop & I watched 90210 on Long's laptop. We then went to the local shops for awhile to look for any equipment to make our mask for the Masquerade Party we were going to tomorrow night. Though we didn't find anything to buy. At 630pm we went to eat at 3 Brasseurs. Tiffany received a suprise double mud cake for her birthday and everyone sang her happy birthday.
Monday 13th July - Today we got to sleep in till 830am. We ate breakfast and then had a 1 hour french lesson. I found the lesson very boring and not important. He was going on about New Caledonia and it's history and I didn't even learn anything new ? Oh, besides that Australian was nicknamed as "Pokens" in New Caledonia. Don't ask me why because I have no clue. We then spent majority of our afternoon making our masks. We handmade all our mask but it turned out pretty nice except for Naramsin & Mrs Ortega's mask LOL. Their masks look like they're bush people. At 4pm, we ended up catching a bus back to the centre ville for a festival that was apparently on though when we got there, it looked pretty empty to be a festival. We ended up all going on the Bumper Cars which was awesome fun. When we got back to the hotel we went back to Rimba Juice Cafe to eat our dinner. All the girls had nice curls for the Masquerade Party. We all got dressed and headed to PARTY ! :) French people are Party animals !
Tuesday 14th July - Today was probably my most favourite day throughout the whole trip. We went to the Amedee Lighthouse which was located on a isolated island. It was beautiful!! The water was so nice and the island was amazing! We all climbed up the lighthouse which seemed like FOREVER. There was so many steps to climb and everyone was sooking about how tired their legs were. Though when we got to the top of the lighthouse, it was so so much worth it. The view was BRILLANT! Well throughout the whole day we spent swimming, sun baking, snorkling and we view the corals from the Glass Bottom Boat. We had a delicious tropical lunch which included a wide range of buffet food. YUMMMMMMMMMMMM. :D:D The lunch also included a show. The dancers were very pretty & Mrs Ortega's husband got chosen to dance in a skirt & a coconut bra. It was so funny! Well we got back to the hotel at 5ish and as soon as I took my shower, I went straight to sleep and slept till the next day. LOL. I didn't even eat dinner. Oh wells, too tired to even bother waking up.
Wednesday 15th July - Today we went to visit a school at New Caledonia. It was very very different to the school in Australia. In one school, they only had 200 people. The student we talked to was very nice and funny. We talked English to them while they replied us back in French. They showed us around their school and we took lots of photo with them. When we got back to the hotel around 1ish. We all decided to go eat Pho at a Vietnamese Place. The Pho wasn't as great but it was filled me up! We did abit of shopping after and I bought a hippo soft toy which was a "GOOD LUCK CHARM" & I also bought myself a diamond horse shoe necklace which also symbolised good luck. After we decided to visit the island infront of our hotel. The island was also very nice. We snorkled while some cannoed, though we ended up swaping and doing both. It was a fun splash around! At 630pm, we went to eat at La Dolce Vita which served pizza. So different from Aussie pizza.
Thursday 16th July - Went back to the school, played games, chit chatted and took more photos. Went to some building ? Forgot what it was called LOL. Apparently it's like the Opera House. You have to see it or else you'll feel as if you missed out. BULLSHIT. The place was crap! It just looks like a old building but nicely structured. It was so boring inside though. After those boring boring few hours, we went back to Anse Vata and did our last minute shopping for gifts. I tried to buy things to finish all my money since it was the last day anyways. And so I bought my sisters a ring each. I also bought my mother a New Caledonia hand painted plate. We ate at the hotel that night. The food wasn't as great but. At night, all the girls tried to attempt a all nighter since it was the last night there & because it was my birthday the following day.
Friday 17th July - Happy Birthday to me. The girls manage to stay up till 2am and then we all fell asleep but woke up again at 4am to get ready to go back to Australia. On the way back on the plane, everyone was sleeping. We were way too tired to stay up and talk. When we got to the airport. Ms Keller suprised me as she rant to buy me a donut from krispy kreme and stuck some candles in it with no light LOL. It was so sweet but. My sister also bought me a cake to the airport. It was so nice to be back home. That night, Khuyen came over to see me and the girls and I went out to Cook Hill to grab dinner for my birthday.
Saturday 18th July - My mother wanted to celebrate my birthday with the family today. So she cooked a feast for the whole family to come home and eat. Though that meant I had to miss out on Francis 16th Birthday Party. Oh wells, family comes first right? So yeah, it was a Saturday night in with my family. It was good fun having everyone at home again though. So worth it :)
Sunday 19th July - I really don't remember what I did that day ... ? But I think Khuyen must had came over?
Monday 20th July - Khuyen came over and back to work today! Had 4pm - 9pm. Wasn't as bad :)
Tuesday 21st July - ?? LOL, bad memoryy ..
Wednesday 22nd July - Today I started all my notes. Starting studying and got organised !
Thursday 23rd July - Stayed home + study !

Friday 24th July - H3M to me and my baby. Went to Wollongong to see the "BLOW HOLE" Ended up jumping into the rock pool with Khuyen with just undies and bra and no towel. Fucken freezing off my arse later. Ate lunch + icecream. Had work 4pm - 11pm.
Saturday 25th July - Work 10am - 6pm.
Sunday 26th July - Work 9am - 5pm.
Monday - Spent time with Khuyen + work 3pm - 9pm.
Tuesday - BACK TO SCHOOL.
Sorry guys, thats all I'm bothered for. & if you want to look at pictures of my New Caledonia trip. Feel free to go on my facebook and browse around. GOODNIGHT BLOGGERS. xx
